The Inverted Christmas Tree.
NPR had a story about the trend of people haveing inverted, ie upside down or even sideways Christmas trees. The inverted tree hanging from the cieling isn't that new, it was done in 12 century Central Euorope, but it's still wierd, what was the deal, keep those pesky Turks from makeing off with the tree or what?!

This is going to sound trivial but..
Why is it so difficult to make links on Blogger work? I would leave but I've already made friends on Blogger, it's a little like back when I was on AOL, I made friends and I didn't want to leave but then my son got a job at another Internet Provider and we had free internet service and I wasn't supposed to have AOL anymore. Fortunately they invented AIM so at least I am in touch with those friends, but damn.
Anyway this link thing is really dosadan.
